About Two if by Sea Restaurant
Two if by Sea Restaurant was established June 2008 when our Executive Chef Henry Miller found this little café for sale on Tilghman Island. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he worked in many well known restaurants, as well as operating his own catering business on the side, but always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. Henry describes his cuisine as “Casual all American fare, with an added twist”. He conducts monthly cooking classes with foods from around the world, which always expands the menus he establishes for weekend dinners in the restaurant.
The café always has on display local photography from some of the best TI photographers and our dining room renovation will soon be featuring artisans’ from the eastern shore and southern Pennsylvania. All items are available for sale. Henry and his partner will both tell you “Our dreams have come true and we can honestly say we love what we are doing here at Two if by Sea”. Best little Diner/Cafe on the Eastern Shore.
