If you were here last winter when the Roadhouse Clams visited the Stoltz, you probably recall an unforgettably raucous performance that energized the sold out room with a strong dose of redneck rock-n-roll.
Singer Rik Ferrell and band infuse pure southern juke joint boogie with classic country and a laid back beach bar irreverence that’s loaded with colorfully rustic hooks and flavors. It’s a sound that’s highly recommended if you enjoy Steve Earle, the Allman Brothers, Zac Brown, vintage Rolling Stones.
This homegrown, Eastern Shore band has performed with the likes of Jonny Lang, the Avett Brothers, Southern Culture on the Skids, the Nighthawks, the Gin Blossoms, and members of country legends Alabama, among others.
But while the Roadhouse Clams spend a large part of their time on the road, they remain the quintessential soundtrack of their native Eastern Shore, and we’re excited to welcome them.
Two shows: 7:00 pm & 9:30 pm Stoltz Listening Room.
