Amy Vachal with Matt Sucich

May 11, 2016 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Brooklyn-based singer songwriter Amy Vachal, who was a semi-finalist on The Voice last year, has a honey-smooth voice that’s as beautiful as her spirit.

Amy began writing her first songs while recovering from a traumatic lacrosse injury in college and discovered her life’s passion. After independently releasing two EPs, “Appleseed” and “Crinkle Bloom”, and playing shows in small clubs throughout New York City, she successfully auditioned for NBC’s hit TV show The Voice.

Performing weekly to a live primetime network audience, Amy received critical acclaim for her creative renditions of cover songs that charted as high as #4 on iTunes and #24 on Billboard’s Digital Songs chart.

Now she’s touring the U.S. workshopping new material to record for an upcoming album.

Amy will be joined in the Stoltz by Matt Sucich (pronounced Sue-Sitch), a singer-songwriter from Queens who has performed at Firefly, Bonnaroo, Newport Folk, and SXSW, and whose influences range from Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, and Bruce Springsteen to M. Ward and My Morning Jacket.
