Classic Albums Live: Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon

February 13, 2016 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

“A must for music lovers!” (Maclean’s Magazine)

This note-for-note, cut-for-cut tribute to THE greatest classic rock album of all time is not by a cover band pretending to be the incomparable Pink Floyd.

Instead, this special performance features some of the finest musicians in North America recapturing the very essence of Floyd’s groundbreaking musical landmark in a pitch-perfect, gimmick-free stage show.

Released in 1973 following the departure of founding member Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd developed “Dark Side of the Moon” during live shows, imbuing their songs with an astoundingly fluid jam-like quality that turned the traditional pop-structure on its head.

With enduring songs like Time, The Great Gig in The Sky, and Money, their legendary eighth studio album was a blockbuster success, remaining in the charts for 741 weeks and selling fifty million copies to date.

This show recreates the entire legendary album live onstage, followed by the band’s greatest hits!
