Santa Claus has made arrangements with the Easton Volunteer Fire Department to make a special appearance and visit many of the neighborhood children on Sunday, December 3, Saturday, December 9 and Sunday, December 10. He will be landing at the EVFD to hitch a ride with the firefighters who will bring him via fire truck.
Santa and his volunteer elves will visit the following neighborhoods: Mulberry Station, Matthewstown Run, Hunters Mill, Crofton, Golton and Bretridge on Sunday, December 3 from noon to 3 p.m. Once again on Saturday, December 9 he and his crew will visit Superior Circle, South Beechwood, Corbin Parkway, Lauren Lane, Douglass Landing and the Port Street area from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Finally on Sunday, December 10 Santa will travel the streets of Easton between U.S. Route 50 and the Easton Parkway and Chapel East. The rain date is Saturday, December 16.
Santa and his helpers will blow the sirens and horns as he approaches, so you’ll be sure to know when he’s in your neighborhood. He’s bringing candy canes. He’ll do his best to make it to your street, but you may want to make sure you see him if you hear him nearby.
Please remember during this busy Christmas Season all of our members are volunteers and are spending time away from their families to put smiles on yours.
