Join local cook Larry Paz on Wednesday, March 9 for this demonstration of making a paella, often described as Spain’s national dish.
Class starts at 10 with a paella lunch to follow at noon. A few tapas will be served during class. Sangria and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided with lunch. Class size is limited to 15; preregistration is required. Cost $15 per person.
