Halloween in Talbot County

Town of Easton will continue the traditional Halloween activity of Trick-or-Treating for 2020 while encouraging residents to stay within their home communities and developments and use the following additional safe practices during the evening:

  • Wear a face mask covering your mouth and nose, Halloween themed cloth masks, made of two or more layers of breathable fabric and that do not leave gaps around your face should be consider for use.
    • Do not use a costume mask that does not meet the description above
    • Do not wear a costume mask over a cloth mask, this can be dangerous and makes breathing difficult
  • Hand sanitize frequently during the evening
  • Trick or Treat with people you live with
  • Parents should accompany children
  • Remain 6 feet apart from people not in your household
  • Provide and Participate in one-way trick-or-treating

From 6-8 p.m. children are invited to trick-or-treat at participating residents’ homes in the Town of Easton.

**Special “Trunk or Treat” at The Lab (Martial Arts), 26 Creamery Lane, Easton, MD   2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

St. Michaels


Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we will leave it up to each individual business if you would like to hand out candy to visitors, friends and family, and customers during regular business hours while implementing Face Masks, Hand Sanitizer, and Guidelines issued by our Local Government, CDC, and the State of Maryland.

October 31 from 6-8 p.m. for children 12 years and under, at participating residents’ homes in the Town of St. Michaels…a fun place for kids and adults to celebrate the spooky night. Residents and businesses have (almost) as much fun as the kids. Be safe!


October 31 – Oxford Parks and Recreation members will be doing tricks and handing our treats in Town Park.

Trick or Treat hours throughout town are 6 – 8 pm.



See poster event! Socially distanced Halloween tailgate and bonfire. Drive by haunted barn. Family hayrides. Advance registration by vehicle required.
