Old Wye Mill Presents Live-Stream Eastern Shore History Speaker Series

April 8 - May 6

Explore the facinating history of the Eastern Shore of Maryland from how the Tidewater region’s social and economic structure emerged in the 1600s and early 1700s through discussion on the topic of the underground railroad in this virtual Eastern Shore history speaker series. Old Wye Mill will present these Zoom events throughout the spring.  The historic grist mill, located in both Talbot and Queen Annes counties, is the oldest continuously operated water-powered mill in America.

You may check the topic of each speaker event and pre-register  here.
