Ruse is welcoming Clavel for a one of a kind popup in St. Michaels. The popup between the two will be a cocktail takeover where Clavel’s bar team will showcase their award-winning mezcal and tequila based cocktails while Executive Chef of Ruse, Michael Correll will create a limited time menu highlighting dishes like Sea Urchin & Hamachi Tostada, Raw Kumai Oysters, Blue Crab & Scallop Tostada and Guacamole & Chicharrones. The popup is on November 11th from 4-10PM.
