Constitution Day Celebration

The Constitution Alliance will host an inaugural celebration of Constitution Day. The event will be held from 11-2PM on the Talbot County Courthouse Lawn and will include family-friendly activities, games, music, recurring speakers and educational exhibits.

Come celebrate the day in 1787 when our U.S. government was born. Build your Constitution knowledge, learn how the founders crafted the Constitution and discover how Frederick Douglas used the Constitution to enable freedom. And make sure to pick up your free Pocket Constitution.

The event will be co-hosted with Operation Frederick Douglas on the Hill and The Washington College Institute for Religion, Politics and Culture.
