Spy Nights: A Writers Series continues with Neil King, Jr., a writer who lives part-time in Claiborne.
In his latest book, “American Ramble: A Walk of Memory and Renewal”, Neil chronicles his introspective 330-mile journey from Washington, D.C. to New York City, serving as a reflective lens into America’s tapestry.

For 20 years, Neil traveled to more than 50 countries in all continents to write and report and poke around as a reporter for The Wall Street Journal. During his years in Washington, DC, he served as chief diplomatic correspondent, national political reporter and, at the end, the Journal’s global economics editor.
