TourTalbot.org is the official tourism website for Talbot County, Maryland. The website is managed by the Talbot County Department of Economic Development and Tourism, a department of Talbot County Government. Its purpose is to serve as a resource for visitors and residents.
Tourism-based businesses established within Talbot County–such as lodging establishments, restaurants, galleries, shops, attractions, and tourist service providers–may submit a request to be listed on TourTalbot.org.
The Talbot County Department of Economic Development and Tourism reserves the right to approve, remove, edit, and reject submissions and to resize and crop images provided. Please note, submitted images and descriptions may be used on other pages of TourTalbot.org and social media channels.

Who is eligible to be listed?
Tourism-facing businesses and organizations located in Talbot County (or primarily serving Talbot County visitors): attractions, tours, lodging, dining, shops, marinas, outfitters, venues, galleries, museums, and event services.
Is there a cost to be listed?
No, standard listings are free. Optional upgrades or co-op promotions may be offered seasonally.
What information do I need to submit?
Please provide your business name, category, description, address, phone, website, hours/seasonality, pricing or admission (if applicable), accessibility features, 3–6 high-quality photos, and social media links.
How long does approval take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 7–10 business days. We will email you when your listing is approved or if we need more information.
Do you edit submissions?
We may edit for clarity, accuracy, style, and SEO (titles, summaries, tags) while retaining your core information.
