Bistro St. Michaels will host Pasture to Plate on Thursday, November 5, an intimate five-course prix-fixe dinner celebrating the best of Eastern Shore beef. Each course showcases beef from Darland Farms in Centreville, Maryland, dry aged for 45 days at The Village Shoppe to develop deep, rich flavor, and prepared by the Bistro’s kitchen from tongue carpaccio and oxtail ravioli to a signature dry-aged ribeye.

Dinner is $125 per person, with an optional $75 wine pairing selected to complement every course.
