A longstanding Trappe cultural heritage celebration honoring Nathaniel “Uncle Nace” Hopkins, a formerly enslaved man whose legacy continues to inspire generations. The day includes a 10:00 a.m. worship service at Scotts United Methodist Church and a 1:00 p.m. parade through Trappe featuring bands, classic cars, civic groups, and community participants. The 2026 theme is “Mapping Our Way Forward.”
