Join us Saturday, November 7 (seatings at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM) for The Marche Italian Table Experience, hosted by Simpatico owner Bobbi Parlett and Russ Lorber of @Wild Roots.
Tucked between Umbria and the Adriatic coast, Le Marche is quieter and less crowded than Tuscany, and the food and wine are spectacular. You’ll enjoy three traditional courses, each paired with a regional wine from Russ’s portfolio:
Prawns, Apple & Spinach, paired with Spinsanti Sisto V Brut Pecorino Vincisgrassi, a Marche pasta dish similar to lasagna and one of the region’s gastronomic emblems, paired with “Gavigliano” Lacrima di Morro d’Alba DOC Superiore Pork Tenderloin Porchetta, paired with Spinsanti Adino Rosso Conero DOCYou’ll also see a live demo of the third course and take home the recipes for all three, so you can bring a little Marche to your own table.
