Chris WangHusband, pug, and I visited my home town of Easton for my birthday on June 19th, 2026 and found this amazing place. The owner and her husband are lovely, friendly people and the cupcakes were so delicious! Our favorite was the purple yams cupcakes, which are taro flavored, and nailed the “not too sweet” sweet spot. We’ll definitely be going back, but if you’re driving through rt50 on your way to the beach, back to school, or just on your way home, be sure to take a 2 min detour and pick up a dozen or two. For OC vacationers with kids, these may save your life for the rest of the drive 😎😝.

nikki westRuby’s is my favorite 1st because of the cake 2nd because of the warmth and 3rd because of the memories. Ruby’s has been a treat after Sunday walks on the rails to trails. I wish everyone could reward themselves with a Ruby’s treat.

Aimee UWe are from out of town and ordered a coconut cake over Memorial weekend and it was outstanding. I highly recommend this place as your go to cake store. Delicious and very well priced for the size and quality.
