Lovely ice cream parlor in the heart of Oxford with interesting selection of flavors. My crushed strawberry was yummy. There are benches outside for sitting which is good for eating and people watching.

We hired Scottish highland creamery for our welcome party for our wedding and it was a huge hit! Priced very well and you got to pick such amazing flavors. It was probably the best ice cream I've ever had. They also let us use our own cups and it was just the best! People LOVED the fresh cut strawberry ice cream. They were very easy to work with as well. 10/10 recommend

Wow. We've enjoyed homemade ice cream all over the country, including Ghirardelli in San Francisco and Anita Gelato in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Scottish Highland Creamery belongs in that conversation—and may even top it. It is, without question, the best homemade ice cream we've ever had. The difference is hard to explain until you taste it. Plenty of homemade ice cream shops are very good simply because, well…it's ice cream. Scottish Highland Creamery is on another level. The texture is unbelievably smooth and creamy, the flavors are rich without being overly sweet, and every bite tastes like it was made with exceptional ingredients. On both visits I ordered the same thing because I couldn't imagine improving on it: a small hot fudge sundae (which is actually two generous scoops) with Belgian Double Chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, and peanuts. It was simply outstanding. The chocolate flavor was deep and intense, the hot fudge was rich and decadent, and together they made one of the best sundaes I've ever had. The service deserves just as much praise. We liked it so much that we drove the 30 minutes from St. Michaels to visit a second time. Even with a long line stretching out the door, five employees kept things moving with impressive efficiency. Each person took an order, prepared it, and handed it off before guests checked out with the cashier. Despite the crowd, everything moved quickly, and everyone remained friendly and upbeat. If you're visiting St. Michaels, Oxford, or anywhere on Maryland's Eastern Shore, this is absolutely worth the drive. (Next time we may even take the ferry just for the excuse to come back.) It's not just great local ice cream—it's one of the best ice cream shops we've ever visited, anywhere. PS: one reviewer was unimpressed: "The vegan ice cream was okay". If you come here and order vegan ice cream, you get what you deserve.

Fantastic Ice Cream, actually a notch above fantastic with variety that changes every time we visit. Yet the variety is always equally great. Glad it's a bit of a drive otherwise I'd be getting too high on the supply.

I actually really love this place service is great and in a perfect spot to sit and eat at the park later. I have no complaints EXCEPT one major one. The Blueberry Mojito Sorbet please discontinue this flavor. Otherwise I highly recommend!!!🫶🫶🫶
