First time going to Tickler's Crab Shack and restaurant, and I can't stop telling everyone how amazing this place is! My mom and I dined there this past Friday night. The website recommended reservations , so we reserved for the Crab Shack at 5:15pm. Upon arrive, staff are friendly and greet/sit you quickly. Our waitress, Aurora, was awesome and so helpful with finding out the oils they use for the food. With the addition of a great restaurant/water front view, Aurora made the experience so much better! It's great to see that this restaurant is accommodating for those like me with food allergies! I can't wait to go back! This place is great and you won't be disappointed! The food was beyond delicious!!!

Had the best time here recently with my family. We are staying in the area and booked the patio for dinner. Our server Jaylen was phenomenal, offering great service for our table and helpful recommendations on Tickler’s entrees (to our many questions). She also provided nice activities in the area to do for future days/nights. Hostess was very kind and helpful too. The crab cakes here are the real deal! I liked the local drink offerings and nice scenic view as well. Fun family atmosphere with lawn games for hotel patrons as well. Would come back.

Ticklers Crab Shack was a fun and delicious experience. We began the evening sitting at the bar enjoying craft cocktails, the bartender, Lenny, was so talented, the cocktails were on par (better really) with what I have had in New York City, AND we had the comfort of a cool, off the water breeze, and a million dollar view. For the record, I did the honor of trying a couple different cocktails, but the “summer of 69” was my favorite. My husband ordered a variety of oysters from their amazing raw bar, attention to detail was impressive. All of the wait staff and bar staff were attentive. The atmosphere created by the management and staff was not only pleasant and informative, but very professional, yet relaxed. We were lucky enough to meet the Chef and thank her for the great dishes. My husband had the Angus Steak Frites Dinner and was absolutely impressed with not only the cut of meat but also with the combinations of flavors and sauces. I had the fried crab balls, a recommendation from the manager, which were amazing, the crab cake dinner which was so fresh and tasty with Old Bay mustard aioli. I found out they change some parts of the menu seasonally, and we can’t wait to see what the manager and staff come up with for our next visit.

If you’re hanging out in Saint Michael’s or any of the beautiful adjacent towns on vacation, then you definitely have to make your way to tickler‘s crab shack and restaurant. Trust me, the locals definitely know about this restaurant. Located behind Wyler Hotel, with a commanding view of Harris Creek, Tickler’s is an exceptional establishment for family get together or a romantic dinner. The crabs 🦀 are medium to large and are heavy. Have fun digging in! The staff at tickler’s are awesome. They definitely got the extra mile to make sure that you have an outstanding experience.
