Chris SIf you are looking for a local spot with tasty breakfast this is the place. It's cheap and the pancakes are delicious. However it's cash only and very limited seating. At times the kitchen can get full so you might end up having to wait for a bit.

Kathy LuzierAdorable little breakfast place! Cash only, but there's an ATM nearby. Expect a wait since it's so small and the food is made to order. We sat on the porch outside by the gardens, but there are some tables indoors.

Mudbug1134I'm glad I tried this place and I would definitely return. I was torn on how to rate BIE but settled on the three stars due to cleanliness and upkeep. I was expecting good, simple, rustic breakfast based on reviews and the menu. I wasn't disappointed in this regard. Not to mention the prices are exceptional for the quality. But the general state of the tables and dining area were not up to par for the size of the place (e.g. the glass shelf with syrup dropped dust on my plate). I wouldn't hesitate to go here anytime and look forward to returning.

Doug “Tech” BridgeThis is a little hidden gem. The wheat toast was my favorite thing. Amazing. Menu is short and sweet. Great service. The only downfall is it's cash or check only, but that is not a deal breaker and worth it by far.

Michael BaxterWhat a pleasant find in Easton. The food and service was great. Not many items on the menu but there is enough to make everyone happy.

Alan EmeryBinE is the best place for breakfast. Chef makes the pastries, bread and sausage in house. Friendly staff.
