We stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon in February while traveling. We just found it on the map and the menu looked like what we wanted for lunch. The bar was full. We sat at a table. Our server was with us quickly and gave us menus. We had soup and salad and a crab cake sandwich with coleslaw. The food was good. The atmosphere is very much a lively neighborhood pub vibe. We like that. It was noisy with people talking to each other. It was nice to see a place busy on a Sunday afternoon. Our server, I think her name was Sabrina, was a gem. She was friendly and attentive. They were getting set up for a chili cookoff event later that afternoon but we left before that got started. Prices were good. Parking was easy even considering all the snow. There is a small lot out back and there was some street parking. We didn’t walk around the town too much because it was too cold but there were a lot of shops and other restaurants/bars that were walkable. We had a good time.
Feb 11, 2026 · Google ReviewI didn't eat so no stars should NOT be seen as a negative. I walked in on a Friday night to some live music. They basically.played 'classic rock' and the crowd was definitely in 45+ age range. It was a bit loud (hey, it's a band) but enjoyable.
Mar 14, 2026 · Google ReviewWhat a great place! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was charming. Stopped here with my husband when we traveled to St. Michael's. The crab ball appetizer was light and flavorful. My husband had the California BLT and I had the house salad with shrimp. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend!
Nov 4, 2024 · Google ReviewStopped in for lunch on a Thursday in April. Place was fairly quiet…just us and what appeared to be about 15 regulars. Food was okay, location is excellent, and the service was passable. Being a regular definitely has its advantages; every one of them received much friendlier service and got their food in a very timely manner. Our server was by no means rude; but we didn’t get the welcoming vibe.
Apr 24, 2026 · Google ReviewA great local saloon! The food was delicious and very well priced! You have to order their cream of crab soup and crab cakes! Both were delicious. The atmosphere was that of a saloon, busy, loud and fun. The waiting staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back again. A great find that we happened to stumble upon as we were looking for a place to eat.
