Ohene Gyapong“Incredible” is a word that is thrown around a lot; but some things really just are so. The Classic Motor Museum is a real-life Time Machine; and if you’re lucky enough to visit on the right day, you’ll meet Vicki – CMM’s Delightful Docent who really gives this place its heart. She spent so much time treating my family like royalty as she guided us through the various pieces. I had a magical experience with my wife and daughter.

Charles BirchTook my 94 year old dad there for cars and coffee on a Saturday. Was welcomed when we exited the car and offered coffee. The woman host brought us the coffee as we looked at the cars. She was working as other staff was working to make us feel welcomed. She spent time with various groups including us giving general information about the museum and shared what she knew about the cars the museum owns. The museum is air conditioned even though they call it the barn. There were also individual cars brought for the event outside. We went to the second location at the old gas station and parked out front by the orange cones. I wanted to get close because of my dad’s age. The host came straight to my car. I was sure he was going to ask me to move my car elsewhere, but he held the door for my dad and welcomed us. There were also other owners that brought their cars there that were very nice, patient, and informative. It was not just a car experience, but a friendly experience by wonderful museum staff and private owners. There was a total of about 40 cars, so it doesn’t take all day or even a half day, but it was a great time with people I didn’t know. Dad enjoyed it also and being 94 recognized some of the cars before I read the signs. Even though it’s not a large number of cars, there are some unique cars there I’ve never heard of. I got some family stories and the history of some of the cars. I certainly would recommend a visit there and encourage you to go on the special days when private owners bring their cars also.

Jack KeoghThe museum hosts a small collection of well-preserved and well cared for vehicles. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any interest in cars and motorcycles, it's a fun place to spend an hour being informed and entertained.

Debohra DagnachewWent here a few weeks ago with my family and it was an absolutely WONDERFUL experience. The gentleman in the red shirt is a passionate fan of history and gave us such a fabulous and indepth tour of all the vehicles & the history of the automotive industry in America. If you dont get the chance to get a tour, the plaques and booklets in front of each car are still very interesting to read. I’m not a car person in the slightest but I will absolutely be returning next time I go to St.Michaels. Absolute gem of a museum and my favorite part of my trip here. I heard that theyre likely expaning the museum to store more vehicles in the near future, which is very exciting. However, I wouldn’t recommend bringing young children with no restraint as there is only rope in place to separate the vehicles from the patrons of the museum.
