Visitor 247 – GeorgiEast Sprout is one of Easton’s "local" culinary go-to's. You can feel the passion and pride they have for their work when you walk in. The healthy, locally sourced food is made fresh daily, crafted by people who genuinely care about what we put into our bodies. I love that they partner with local farmers and use organic, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. You can taste the difference. Their kitchen was voted “Best Organic Kitchen on the Shore,” and it shows in every bite. The menu is always evolving with the seasons, and each dish feels intentional, nourishing, and high quality. Some of my personal favorites: the beef egg roll bowl (so flavorful and satisfying), the chia pudding with coconut cream (filling and nutritious), the PB&J parfait made with local yogurt- not overly sweetened, and their ridiculously good coffee cake. Everything is fresh, never frozen, and designed to fuel your body without any of the unnecessary additives that have become an unfortunate norm at many restaurants. It’s also incredibly convenient—perfect for grabbing a healthy lunch and getting right back to the office. The space is clean and modern, the team is always smiling, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. East Sprout makes healthy eating easy, delicious, and enjoyable. Highly recommend, whether you’re grabbing a quick snack, stocking up on prepared meals, or treating yourself to one of their Sprout drinks. This place is a gift to our community!

Sam WindsorTruly amazing stuff is made here!!! Living in a small town I try to support small businesses whenever possible and sprout is definitely one for the books. They always have fresh ingredients and products that are made in house, you can’t find quality stuff like this anywhere. Their new egg bit sandwiches quite literally stopped me in my tracks. Amazing flavor and definitely a must try. Thanks Sprout for always keeping it fresh!

ToniVery cozy and inviting. I enjoy the variety of goods they have there. I enjoy a nice healthy snack after the gym or they're breakfast options. I love the French toast! Everything is organic and they offer so many gluten free, paleo and high protein options. Best place for healthy eaters!
