Had my props replaced with my backup pair. They had trouble getting the props off used heat, and the prop puller with a sledge hammer. Finally went to another marina to borrow a different puller and came off. 1 week later I'm wondering why my bilge keeps pumping over. Found that the shaft seal was damaged from the pounding of a sledge. I told them I would fix it myself was just looking for a pullout and block. They would not even give me any discount on the hull out. Bad customer service. Yard guys have have one way to fix it. Beat it till it comes. Don't waist your time or money. You will regret it. Please learn from my mistake. Oh yeah they also left the wood in my prop so when I put it in gear a loud thud and there goes the wood floating behind me. ****UPDATE**** Owner of marina reached out to me and made things right. They interviewed employees and watched surveillance video. Reached out to me to apologize for everything and did what was right. Takes alot for a company to admit wrong was very impressed with owner and final results.

Best marina on the magothy river. The place is well maintained and the staff are super friendly and work hard to run the place. They also have additional services on sight for all your boat needs. They are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Adrian and John are wonderful.
