Responsiveness with Flaneur is also quick, thorough and caring. We will continue to rent from them again and again! If we buy a rental property in the future, we will seek them out first to manage it.

Gregory MelbyWe stayed at the Waterman house on Tilghman Island over Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time on the island. The house was very clean and quiet. The location is secluded and convenient. We saw a pair of foxes playing every morning as well as several deer. The house is right on the shoreline and the view is breathtaking. The sunrise from the house is beautiful. The home is pet friendly and there is a large grassy area across the drive that was great to let our dog stretch its legs and play ball.

Leslie AdlerWe had the most wonderful stay at Overlook Farms! The house is absolutely gorgeous and only matched by the surreal setting. Jennifer at Flaneur was a wonderful host! The house is appointed perfectly – beautifully decorated with lots of games and toys to ensure you never have to leave the peaceful views. The kids' room is adorable and made for a very happy six year old who wanted to move in permanently. The pool was a lovely amenity as was the dock, where we sat and watched the boats and local wildlife. Jennifer and her team were extremely responsive, welcoming and accommodating to anything we might need. While we'd been to Easton and St. Michaels, it was our first time in Royal Oak, but certainly not our last. We hope to be back again soon. After a broken foot caused us to cancel our Colorado hiking vacation, we feel very lucky to have landed at Overlook Farms and in the care of the Flaneur team. After a stressful start to 2025, seems like the house and the wonderful team were just what the doctor ordered.

Mary DeAlbaWe had an amazing week at the waterfront Stevensville, MD property that we rented through Flaneur Vacation Rentals! The views from the property were stunning! It was great to be able to fish off the private dock (we caught perch)! The house was beautiful and very spacious with an exceptionally stocked kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. The rental process was very easy and Flaneur responded very quickly to any questions we had related to the property! Our week started out with some excitement with our daughter getting engaged at Cascia Vinyards & Winery! Such a beautiful place for such a happy event! The wine was exceptional! The rental property is very close to many excellent restaurants. We enjoyed Fisherman's Crab Deck, Libbey's, and drove into Annapolis one day for THE BEST fried oysters at the Boatyard Bar & Grill. We also enjoy cooking and the two nearby Grocery stores did not disappoint. Food Lion and Safeway. There is an amazing produce stand right across from Safeway with the best local corn you can find! We also spent time at the local meat market called The Monocle Meat Company (right near Target), and a local seafood store called Stevensville Crab Shack. Both are excellent! The Matapeake Clubhouse and Beach was just a mile from the rental. This beach does allow dogs in one area, and what fun they were having. We did not want to leave Kent Island, and all of us wished that we had planned a longer trip! Overall, Flaneur provided us with a high quality rental experience! We had an absolutely fantastic week and we will definitely be back!

Fran KormannWe were thrilled with our stay at Wildflowers. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we've ever had in a vacation rental. The home was beautifully decorated with lots of seating with water views through 3 sides of large sliding glass doors. Other positives were – Game Room, 3 big screen TV's, home office. The pool luckily had a little shade in the afternoon since we were there when the temps were in the 90's. The pier was long, beautiful and well maintained. The large waterfront and creek view were outstanding. There was no beach so difficult to launch our large wooden kayak.😔 The area is very quiet and private. We feel very fortunate to have found such a lovely well-kept home. And… very importantly, Emma with Flaneur was so pleasant to work with and took great care of us during our stay. Our thanks to the owners for thinking of every detail to make our stay so comfortable.

Scott CheneyI rented a beautiful waterfront home in St. Michael's for a week in June. The house was absolutely gorgeous, just renovated, and had a beautiful pool as well. Every time I reached out with a question I got a very fast response. We had one minor repair needed and they had someone out the same day. I'd love to book the house again but it's being sold.
