Gina and her family have done an amazing job of reviving this former dive into a cozy and relaxing waterfront bar and restaurant. Great flavor, portions, and price. Fun and friendly service. And Austin makes a stellar sangría! I'll be going back here whenever I transit Knapps Narrows.

We ate at Gina‘s at the Bridge for an early dinner and it was delicious. The staff was wonderful and the owner was present and attentive. The service was professional and courteous. The outdoor seating and views were spectacular. The nachos were authentic and delicious. We have patronized Gina’s Cafe in St. Michaels for many years and this new location did not disappoint. Congratulations and best wishes on your future success at Tilghman Island.

My wife Alison and I stopped in today for a late lunch on a beautiful Eastern Shore day. The burger was the best I've ever had. Alison said the wings were the best she's ever had – they coconut bourbon, and taco salad with meat chili was the best she's ever had. Incredible food. Everyone was really nice and it's on a nice little cove on the water. I even got into a fun little 80's trivia (the answer was Simple Minds!!). Anyway…cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Delicious food, cocktails and amazing service. Our host Erine was very hospitable. They have table both in and outside. You can enjoy your favorite food and drink while enjoying the beautiful sunset, the boatrides and the ducks. The people in this Island are also very friendsly.

Gina’s is the best. The food is absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly and personable. With few options for delicious seafood on Tilghman Island, you cant beat Gina’s. The owner, Gina, is great at connecting with customers. Come by Gina’s and enjoy yourself.
