We stayed at the Hummingbird Inn for a long weekend while attending a wedding in St. Michael's. Not only was the inn beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location, but the owner and staff were fantastic. From the moment we checked in to the minute we left, we felt welcomed and were treated like friends. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The front porch was spacious and surrounded by a lovely garden. But most notably, the breakfast was out of this world. Innkeeper and chef, Eric Levinson, not only ensures that your breakfast selections are made the day before so you are promptly served, but also takes special note of your specific food allergies. This made a big difference for us as he has home made baked goods and provided gluten free options. This is a must stay for a long weekend or a whole vacation!

Do yourself a favor and stay here. Super pet friendly and convenient if you have a dog. I also appreciate the fact that they don’t allow young children. Super relaxing porch and lots of art. The owner and all the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

This was our second time staying here. Just like the first time it was a great place to stay. Eric, the owner was as usual a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. He prepared a really nice breakfast for us the next day, just like the last time. His able assistant, Mary was a real joy to see again. The Hummingbirds' location is very convenient to downtown restaurants and the rest of the town. We plan on staying there again in the future.

My husband and I, along with our Golden Retriever, spent a long early May weekend at The Hummingbird Inn that was perfect in every respect: lovely Victorian house with beautiful gardens, an inviting wrap-around porch, artistic inner decor, comfortable clean room, and a superb unique breakfast prepared by the talented chef-owner Eric. He and the manager, Mary, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making their guests feel very much at home. Even Eric's dog, Birdie, shared her toys with our dog who was allowed in the lounge and breakfast room. When they say dog friendly, they mean it! The inn is conveniently located near Easton's historic downtown with many wonderful restaurants, superb art galleries, and gardens. It's an art lover's paradise. It's also within easy driving distance from Blackwater Wildlife Refuge with its wildlife drive and hiking trails and Assateague Island National Seashore with its free-roaming horses, both of which we visited. We were the only first-time guests at Hummingbird that weekend, but we'll be back to join the long list of repeat guests!

The Hummingbird Inn was absolutely beautiful and 1st class accommodations. Mr. Levinson presented us with an amazing gourmet breakfast. The Inn is just a short walk to town past Victorian styled homes to specialty shops, spas and fine dining. Our room was spacious and decorated with very special touches that made us feel at home, as well, as making us feel like special guests. I highly recommend a visit to Hummingbird Inn.

This is a charming little inn in a sweet little town. The hosts were great–nothing escaped their attention. The breakfasts were delicious, albeit slightly overwhelming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
