We stayed at the Hummingbird Inn for a long weekend while attending a wedding in St. Michael's. Not only was the inn beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location, but the owner and staff were fantastic. From the moment we checked in to the minute we left, we felt welcomed and were treated like friends. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The front porch was spacious and surrounded by a lovely garden. But most notably, the breakfast was out of this world. Innkeeper and chef, Eric Levinson, not only ensures that your breakfast selections are made the day before so you are promptly served, but also takes special note of your specific food allergies. This made a big difference for us as he has home made baked goods and provided gluten free options. This is a must stay for a long weekend or a whole vacation!

We had the best experience at the Hummingbird Inn! The room was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was always above and Beyond! Eric and Mary made us feel right at home. Eric is a wonderful chef and the most gracious host!! Everyone should experience this at least once!! Loved it!!

We had a wonderful visit here! And when they say they are dog-friendly, they really mean it. Everyone was very sweet to our pup. The breakfast was also just incredibly delicious (and you have to try the signature Bellini even if you think it’s too early). The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Charm Bar is cozy and the drinks are excellent. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I spent Christmas week (2nd year in a row) at Eric's Inn and had another terrific stay. The accommodations are superb: clean, cozy, festive, authentic, well appointed. Eric thinks of everything you'll need. Breakfast was delicious and we had a drink at the bar one evening with some other guests and outside patrons. The personal (but not over the top) attention is unique.

This is a charming little inn in a sweet little town. The hosts were great–nothing escaped their attention. The breakfasts were delicious, albeit slightly overwhelming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
