Such a great park. Great views and atmosphere! I sometimes bring my pup to the little beach area and he loves it. There are benches and tables and even a little swing set and jungle gym. Would definitely recommend.

So peaceful here as you sit by the water and watch the boats pass by. Parking is usually ample in the street and there are a few things to occupy young kids, but mostly this park is best for relaxing, having a picnic (bring your own, not much here to buy) and soaking in the majestic bay. There's usually at least one sailboat in view and plenty of shady trees. If you bring a towel to sit on or a folding chair, in case you visit on a busy day, you'll have everything you need.

Went to this park as a child, some 30+ years ago. Swam with the sea nettles in the river. Stopped in to grab some ice cream. Was so perfect on a warm day!

The view is beautiful, it has a small beach spot 10/10 Ice cream parlor across from it and a sub shop Great place to take your kids I go here to the park when I'm sad or feeling down It's a great place to bring your dog, I recently met a lady from across the bridge she brought her dog.
