I really liked the personal touch that the pharmacy gave when I first started going there. However, lately, I've been put off by the young lady that is the pharmacist. She never seem to be in a pleasant mood but acts like having to talk to any customer about anything is somehow a problem and I prefer a pharmacist I can talk to without feeling like my presence is an irritation. I was really hoping that it was just maybe a one time thing, but after several visits apparently not. Such a shame because otherwise it is nice establishment. I know the elderly aren't always great to deal with, but at my age, I want to be able to feel comfortable talking to someone who's handling my husband's medications, not like i'm putting them out. Is it wrong to at least hope for not only pleasant customer service but also good pharmacy service? Is it not possible to have both?

While a large portion of the store is devoted to souvenirs there is a functioning pharmacy and convenience store. They had a bit of everything you might need including in our situations diapers for a baby who had just run out.

Pembertons is one of my favorite stops on the Eastern Shore + it's a must visit! They have great buyers so you can find some lovely, wonderful, + special gifts. Trust the recommendations you get from the staff! Lee has introduced me to some of my favorite new spa products. They all go above + beyond. I'm so appreciative they are my local pharmacy.
