The shrimp were delicious and cooked perfectly, and everything came together beautifully. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and put care into their food. Definitely one of the best pho orders I’ve had in a while. I’ll absolutely be ordering from here again! Highly recommend the shrimp pho if you’re a fan of Vietnamese food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Edward HongOne of the best bowls of pho I've had. The broth was crystal clear, clean, and beautifully balanced, with fresh herbs and jalapeños bringing everything together. The beef was tender, the tendon added a great texture, and I realized halfway through that the Sriracha I'd added out of habit wasn't needed at all. The Vietnamese coffee was just as impressive—bold, sweet, and perfectly balanced. You can tell the broth is made with care, and it shows in every bite. Highly recommended.

Kattie FoxI came across this restaurant by accident. I was looking for boba in the area and they popped up as really the only place to sell it. When I looked at the menu online I knew I had to try it and boy .. they did not disappoint. This is two days worth of food just a little disclaimer 😆 The first day I got a vegetable tofu pho and the person I went with got a tofu and vegetable stir fry in a sweet and spicy sauce. Both had such good flavor and perfect portions. Some veggie pho broths can be very bland but theirs had a great flavor profile and was not salty at all. The sweet and spicy sauce for the stir fry was a perfect balance between the two that really had you wanting more. The second day we got a vegetable and shrimp stir fry which was good but slightly salty. The white rice it came with was nice to have to balance out the salt. The first day’s stir fry was much better in our opinion. The shrimp with vermicelli noodle was absolutely delicious. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned and the fish sauce that comes with it was equally as delicious. I don’t care for raw bean sprouts so I did take those out but otherwise, delicious. The vegetarian spring rolls were also delicious. Nicely crisp and filled full. These also came with the fish sauce as a dipping sauce. Both days we got boba. Their boba drinks are not overly sweet and they even add in coffee jellies to the drink so that was a nice surprise. When I’m back in this town I will 100% be going back for more delicious eats.

Miles CoverdaleExcellent food…had the rare beef and brisket pho with spring rolls. Broth was very tasty and light. Service was quick and cheerful. Don't know the lady with glasses name that waited on me but she was genuinely radiating happiness. Enough so that I just enjoyed and experienced the meal and forgot the rest of my life for a bit..
