Chris WangHusband, pug, and I visited my home town of Easton for my birthday on June 19th, 2026 and found this amazing place. The owner and her husband are lovely, friendly people and the cupcakes were so delicious! Our favorite was the purple yams cupcakes, which are taro flavored, and nailed the “not too sweet” sweet spot. We’ll definitely be going back, but if you’re driving through rt50 on your way to the beach, back to school, or just on your way home, be sure to take a 2 min detour and pick up a dozen or two. For OC vacationers with kids, these may save your life for the rest of the drive 😎😝.

JenniferMy daughter is the first in the family to pledge a sorority and I am proud to say she is now a member of AKA, Inc. at Stevenson University. I had no idea how to find someone to make a cake to fit the occasion. I reached out to some friends and family and Ruby’s was HIGHLY recommended! I WOULD AGREE! This cake was beyond my imagination. I sent them a picture and they delivered within a weeks time. Due to the short notices of probate/rush week! Thank you so much for putting a smile on my daughter’s face!!! I will definitely return!

Judy JoostRuby came highly recommended by a friend and local baker from Taylor’s Island, and wow, what an incredible referral it was. I shared a photo of the style I loved, described the flavors we were dreaming of, and then simply let Ruby work her magic. The result? A cake that was almost too beautiful to cut… but we’re so glad we did, because it was absolutely delicious! Ruby even collaborated with our florist to add stunning fresh florals that made the cake look like a true centerpiece of the evening. While the Tidewater Inn offered other wonderful desserts, our guests couldn’t stop asking when the cake would be served, and when it finally was, it disappeared fast! If you’re getting married anywhere on the Eastern Shore, do yourself a favor and call Ruby. She and her team create cakes that are not only gorgeous but genuinely unforgettable.
