Jonathan HofferFirst off I travel a lot. I'm lifetime Titanium with Marriott and Platinum with IHG. I see people in the hotel business that really shouldn't be customer facing. I also write very few reviews. From the moment I checked in and met with Ashton I knew this place had a special vibe. She was very nice and super efficient. Really great with the other guests. In the morning I had the pleasure of meeting Janet who was handling the breakfast service. She was super sweet and absolutely loved her job. Amazing with the customers! Saving the best for last was Mark! One of my favorite people I have had the pleasure of meeting through out my 25 year career of traveling. Super energetic and a great team player as he helped with the breakfast service. Just really great teamwork from a great team!!

Miss ValWe stayed here for one night on a weekend in January while in town for an event. We booked ahead via the Hilton app. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional. The room was clean. The decor to me seemed a little dated but that’s just in comparison to other properties we have stayed at recently. We didn’t spend too much time in the hotel. They did offer free breakfast but we didn’t fat anything other than coffee. It was a nice treat to see freshly baked cookies by the front desk when we arrived. Coffee is also in the lobby so you can grab a cup on your way in or out. Parking was easy. The location was easy to find and near the place we were going however I think it was too far to walk there. I would say this is an average Hampton. Nothing fancy but clean and convenient.

Armand GagneLoved my stay here! The staff is incredible, very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good quality, appreciated the mini fridge/freezer and microwave in the queen rooms. This hotel is probably due for a renovation, it's a bit dated, but that's the only thing I can think of for feedback.

Adam StottlemyerVery loud A/C. Bathroom wasn't as clean as one would hope, and had a sewer type smell when first walking in (sprayed are to cover up). Room was ok, small, but ok. Wasn't a huge fan of the shades there, especially with houses and people walking outside that can see you. Staff were very friendly at check in and leaving (though I don't know why I need to addressed when leaving when you offer self check out. Why offer if I am still going to be asked am I checking out and what room? Nonetheless it's merely staff doing their job amd again, the front counter staff both in the evening and morning were great, and friendly. Also had trouble with loading my reservation into my phone app that used CC points to pay for. Continued to say couldn't find it, but the front desk helped when checking in. Didn't eat breakfast or use any other amenities to comment on. Rooms came with some movie channels which was nice…some hilton hotel's do not. Carpet in hallways look newish, but time to spend some money and update the Rooms a bit. Also maybe some new lighting and outlets with some USB-C than just USB. Just some thoughts. That being said, the price for the room is too high for quality of rooms. I guess you're charging just because of area….but room is $130-140 a night…not $160+
