The Quality Inn is Easton, MD. was a great overnight stay. Our hotel manager, Megan Hall was extremely helpful and very professional. She made us feel very welcome and home. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was located by the pool. Although it was a little too cool for a swim, it was very inviting. Will definitely be staying here again. 😎😎

11JUNE2026 ATTN: THIS is ONLY a review of Charlotte’s diligent, HONEST customer service. My oldest left their leather passport wallet 🪪 💳 behind(emergency cash inside, and many other important things)and Charlotte was the 2nd person within a 2 hr period we talked to. Charlotte stated that she would personally go to the room we stayed in a get the passport wallet(we reside a couple hours away and updated Charlotte our arrival time, along w/ABB traffic)and she followed through. Our conversation over the phone was nice, polite, and attentive. THANK YOU CHARLOTTE! I can’t say that for the Indian dude(fella or guy)from India. The 1st phone call was w/him…if he was trying to rage bait me, he failed w/his acting like he didn’t understand my English and his loooonnnggg pause when I, the customer was speaking to him. 0/ZERO STARS ⭐️ for you in all ways of customer service. I normally don’t write bad reviews, the customers need to know what they will be dealing with or running into if they stay here. I’m letting my pics speak on the rooms.
