Very nice, clean room with plenty of space. Outstanding location, easy to walk or bike into town. (You can borrow bikes from the Inn.) Close to Maritime Museum. Complimentary shuttle of you want to be driven. Staff could not have been nicer. Beautiful views from waterfront rooms. Very nice bar, restaurant, and pool. Nice bathroom, too, shower was excellent. Only drawback – and this is very minor – towels were a bit thin. Highly recommend.
Jul 11, 2026 · Google ReviewOutstanding location on the water, with a magnificent view of the marina and bay from our spacious two-room waterfront suite and balcony (with a welcome vanity for my wife), but… …we were disappointed overall because we expected a much better experience for $500+ a night. Our king bed mattress was so uncomfortably lumpy that I ended up sleeping on the setee in the living room, and my wife had pretty miserable nights in the bed. The tight bathroom shower/tub was very dated. The suite's "finish" was spotty throughout the suite and the weather stripping from one of the french doors to the balcony was loose and hanging in the room. Our friends in a nearby suite had AC that rattled. The breakfast we ordered was mediocre at best, with sloppy and inexcusably inattentive service. The so-called fitness center was the size of a closet with no weights or mats, and only three machines one of which…the treadmill…was out of order. We are experienced and not overly fussy world travelers. Truly. But the Harbour Inn simply did not measure up. We've stayed in Marriott Fairfield Inns and Springhill Suites for a fraction of the cost that offered more amenities, maintenance and better service.
Jun 15, 2026 · Google ReviewI had a really nice stay at Harbour Inn. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the waterfront views were definitely the highlight waking up and seeing the bay each morning was exactly what we needed. The location is great, especially for an April getaway. It’s peaceful, not too crowded, and feels like a true escape without being too far from things to do. Breakfast, however, was just okay—nothing memorable and could definitely be improved compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, I’d recommend Harbour Inn for the views, space, and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect if you’re looking for a quiet waterfront stay.
Apr 13, 2026 · Google ReviewWent to St. Michaels for our anniversary and decided to say in town. We were going mid-week in October so decided to go without a reservation which worked out. We asked about rooms and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They looked at a larger room but it turned out that it was not available for our full stay. They took us up to a room on the third floor with a great view that had just been renovated and that was our pick. Very fresh and clean, with new LVP on the floor rather than carpets which is nice. The hotel had great views and is right on the water but is across from the town. There is a shuttle but the walk was nice and we did that instead of taking the car back out. There are so many other places in town, we decided to go out and didn't eat or drink there, although the restaurant and bar areas were very nice looing. In room coffee along with complementary coffee at stations in the in the lobby and on our floor were pluses. Biggest miss was that the wifi didn't work consistently.
Oct 16, 2025 · Google ReviewThis place is so cute and totally affordable, no matter the season. Front desk staff is the best in the business. Clean rooms, great views. Shuttle to and from St. Michael's restaurant. Went here in 2020 and came back in 2026 for a romantic weekend. Got a couple massage in their spa. Their restaurant and bar in the off-season is definitely minimal staff so eat elsewhere. Beds were too soft for us. I would encourage them to enhance, or double, the TV size at the next renovation. I think we had a 32" or 36" and it could easily be a 50"+ for the space
