Darlene BlaumLoved everything about Moofys! We held a corporate retreat for 33 members of our management team in the beginning of October. We rented the main lodge, the brick house and the pilot house so had exclusive use of property. The rooms are all beautiful and love that every room has its own bathroom. We also used the barn for some of our meetings which was well equipped.. The property is spacious and we loved all the areas for breakout sessions but even more loved the opportunity to all be together. Unlike a hotel where everyone retreats to their room after dinner this venue fostered bonding and organic conversations. People hung out by the fire pit at sunset (which were gorgeous ) and also at night (we added on S’mores one star filled night!). We also had happy hours and late night hangouts in the pub room. We brought in our own alcohol but the bar is well stocked with glasses, ice and plenty of wine cooler and fridge space. Loved the pool table, ping pong table and karaoke machine in there. Also took advantage of all the activities around the property—mini golf, bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, ice cream store! They’ve thought of it all! We hired their caterer for 3 meals a day. We did a crab pick one night and also steamed oysters on the grill for an appetizer one evening. Felt very eastern shore. Plenty of dining space both inside and out for large groups. We also scheduled both clay shooting and archery as team building activities which were an added touch! And they allowed us to bring in a massage therapist for afternoon chair massages one day. The property management team were the absolute best! Laird checked on us regularly and was available for anything we needed. He knows when to be invisible or present. But we loved his company so much, he became part of our group!! 100% will return!

amy seldinIt is difficult to describe just what a magical experience it is to stay at Moofy's Farmhouse. My daughter was married recently at St. Michael's Mission Church with her rehearsal party at the Tidewater Inn and reception at The Black Walnut Point Inn. Nearly half of our guests were able to stay at Moofy's and I can honestly say that each one would give it a 5 star review! From the moment I found it and called, every single person I spoke with was both professional, timely and so warm and welcoming. It was such a pleasure for my husband and I to welcome our guests to Moofy's and to be able to provide such a "resort" experience. The guest rooms are each a little different and each beautifully designed and well appointed. The public spaces are gorgeous and really have something for everyone! The large pool and pool house were a hit as were the kayaks- we even had guests fishing! (one caught a fish that another guest cooked up for lunch!!!) The caretakers were delightful and offered not just assistance but all sorts of helpful history and information about the bay. There is really not enough space here to write how wonderful everything was but suffice it to say, I am just planning occasions to get back to Moofy's as soon as possible!!!!

Amanda AsgeirssonWe had the most amazing time at Moofy's! I rented the Garden and Point Cottages, and it was perfect for our group. My only complaint was that I wish I had heard about it sooner, so I could have booked one of the bigger houses! The staff were great, the view was perfect, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The trash situation was easy, and we even had some help with a fire pit for S'mores! I will definitely keep it in mind for my next big group trip.

Lucretia WalkerBeautiful and well kept location. Perfect place for large groups and would be amazing for family reunions. Bathrooms are spacious and bright. Washer & Dryer on site and plenty of linens and pillows for the comfy beds! Multiple gathering rooms ensure a place for intimate chit chat or ruckus parties. Beautiful Bay views and areas to stroll make this place a winner.

Hillarie FuentesThe entire large farm house was extremely clean. There was 25 bedrooms with bathrooms. The place was decorated like it a massive mansion for your entire family. Very tastefully done. All your needs was met in terms of operating in the kitchen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay there. For and occasion. Loved it

Elizabeth WaickerJust returned from an exceptional stay at Moofy’s. We were a large group that rented the Brick house. It was well appointed, beautifully decorated and clean! The property has so many activities that are included. The kids loved the art studio, the chickens and garden, Holy scoops, the pier, the pool…. I could go on! We had such a great time enjoying our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend crabbing off the pier. We caught dinner!
