Talbot County makes hopping into spring easy this Easter season!

Whether you’re looking for an Easter brunch spot, a  sweet treat to bring to a family gathering, or activities for the children – we have you covered.

Hop on Over for Brunch, Lunch or Dinner

Talbot County is known for its good eats, and Easter Sunday is no exception. Below is a sampling of some of the special offerings from area restaurants, or you can explore a full list of Talbot County restaurants here. It is highly recommended that you make a reservation!

Start your celebration early with Bonheur’s Easter Tea on Friday, April 3 with a special visit from the Eastern Bunny.


  • Chesapeake Landing’s annual Easter buffet returns from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., and they will also offer their full menu.
  • Enjoy a Bunny Mary at Foxy’s Harbor Grille, with carrot juice added to the staple brunch cocktail or build your own Bellini.  
  • Harrison’s Harbour Lights is hosting an Easter Buffet from 12:30 – 5:30 p.m., featuring traditional favorites such as applewood smoked ham and mashed potatoes with gravy.
  • Celebrate the arrival of spring while overlooking the Miles River at the The Inn at Perry Cabin. Their holiday brunch offers families moments to remember.
  • Easter comes to live at the Oaks Waterfront Hotel with a festive brunch. Two seating times are offered – 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Each seating offers an elevated brunch experience. While parents enjoy a bottomless mimosa bar, children can visit the Easter Bunny, or explore a petting zoo, bounce houses, and egg hunt. A special No Place Like Home rate is available for overnight stays.
  • The Tidewater Inn in Downtown Easton is hopping into the Easter spirit!  Hunter’s Tavern is offering an egg-straordinary Easter Sunday Buffet.  This event typically sells out, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. 
  • If you want the convenience of a prepared meal, but would prefer dining in the comfort of your own home, the Village Shoppe’s Gourmet by the Bay and Piazza Italian Market both offer special Easter menus.

In Need of a Sweet Treat?

All in the Mix is readying a special menu for Easter, with pick-ups available in advance of the holiday. They also a selection of pastries, desserts, and breads in their retail case Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.  

Bonheur is crafting an array of spring sweets, and the neighboring P. Bordier is featuring house-made chocolates, and pre-assembled Easter baskets.

Do you love Peeps?  What about ice cream?  Scottish Highland Creamery has merged our favorite treats with their famous ice cream in their newest flavors for Spring, which include Peeps, Robin Eggs, Coconut Cream Egg, and Carrot Cake.

Get Ready to Find Some Eggs

Thousands of eggs will be spread throughout Talbot County, with egg hunts planned for Easton and Oxford.

Easton’s Annual Easter Bunny Meet & Greet and Egg Hunt takes place at the Talbot County Courthouse at 11 N. Washington Street on Saturday, April 4, 2026. The Easter Bunny is scheduled to make a grand entrance on one of the Easton Volunteer Fire Department’s trucks at 10 a.m. An egg hunt for children through age 4 is anticipated to begin at 10:15 a.m.  Children 5-10 can hunt for eggs, starting at approximately 10:30 a.m.

Oxford’s Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 2 p.m. in Oxford Town Park, offering children a chance to find colorful eggs, sweet treats, and special surprises.
