Talbot County is known for its good eats, and Easter Sunday is no exception. Below is a sampling of some of the special offerings from area restaurants, or you can explore a full list of Talbot County restaurants here. It is highly recommended that you make a reservation!
Chesapeake Landing’s annual Easter buffet returns from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., and they will also offer their full menu.
Enjoy a Bunny Mary at Foxy’s Harbor Grille, that adds carrot juice to the staple brunch cocktail or you can build your own Bellini.
Harrison’s Harbour Lights is hosting an Easter Buffet from 12:30 – 5:30 p.m., featuring traditional favorites such as applewood smoked ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, and baked pineapple.
The Fool’s Lantern is keeping it simple and in budget this year, with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and your choice of pancakes for under $10!
The Inn at Perry Cabin is offering an Easter Brunch service from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Children can enjoy an Easter Egg hunt at 11 a.m., and the entire family can hop aboard the Stanley Norman Skipjack for an adventure at 3 p.m.
The Oaks Waterfront Hotel is offering two seating times for their buffet – 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Each seating features bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys as well as a diverse menu, including a Deviled Egg Easter Display as well as a Seafood Raw Bar among other offerings.
The Tidewater Inn in Downtown Easton is hopping into the Easter spirit! Hunter’s Tavern is offering an egg-straordinary Easter Sunday Buffet. This event typically sells out, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance.
In Need of a Sweet Treat?

All in the Mix has launched a special menu for Easter, with pick-ups available for Saturday, April 19th between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. They also have a full case of pastries, desserts and breads daily from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on April 18-19 for those that didn’t have a chance to call ahead.
Do you love Peeps? What about ice cream? Scottish Highland Creamery has merged our favorite treats with their famous ice cream in their newest flavors for Spring, which include Peeps, Robin Eggs, Coconut Cream Egg, and Carrot Cake.
Get Ready to Find Some Eggs

Thousands of eggs will be spread out on the Talbot County Courthouse grounds at 11 N. Washington Street in Easton, MD during Easton’s Annual Easter Bunny Meet & Greet and Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19, 2025. Enjoy an appearance by the Easter Bunny at 10 a.m., riding in on one of the Easton Volunteer Fire Department’s truck. An egg hunt for children through age 4 is anticipated to begin at 10:15 a.m. Children 5-10 can hunt for eggs, starting at approximately 10:30 a.m.
