The Chesapeake Bay Chamber Music Festival – Where Artists, Audiences, and Acoustics Come Together in Downtown Easton, Maryland!
The Chesapeake Bay Chamber Music Festival, now in its 39th year, is held over the course of two-weeks each June at the beautifully restored Ebenezer Theater in downtown Easton is a celebration of the ensembles that take on varied periods and styles of music.
Everything audiences love about chamber music, including its intimacy and its variety, is heightened here in a 180-seat theater with finely-tuned acoustics. One of the best-loved aspects of this festival is the fact that musicians do not just simply play, bow and leave. Instead, they stay to field questions from the audience, engaging in an exciting give and take.
